Domenica 15 giugno 2008 alle ore 16,00 presso la sala multimediale di Ramiseto è stato firmato il "Patto di amicizia" tra il Comune di Ramiseto e il Comune di Scandiano. Il patto è stato siglato dal Sindaco di Ramiseto Davide Dazzi e dall'Assessore di Scandiano Rossano Di Nicola.
Il Patto di amicizia si prefigge lo scopo di promuovere un sistema di cooperazione organica permanente e continuativa between the common aim:
- promote between the peoples of the two communities direct contacts for better knowledge and appreciation for each other and spread a culture of respect and solidarity;
- step up information exchanges to provide opportunities for growth and development of new entrepreneurial experience, especially youth;
- take cultural and social activities designed to preserve and renew the collective memory of emigration, its causes, its social and human costs, of its outcomes;
- promoting the relations between political associations, cultural, recreational, sporting and voluntary sectors that constitute the social fabric of the two municipalities;
- to maintain between the two Administrations Municipal administrative structures and the corresponding regular contact to exchange experiences, share problems and solutions, all aimed at a better functioning of their bodies.
- to encourage relations between the two communities on an ongoing and permanent activating a network of exchanges of information, documentation and experience on issues of common interest
